Jiaren brings deep expertise in post-training research and the practical mechanics of frontier model evaluation. Having built MiniMax's open-source ecosystem and benchmark infrastructure from the ground up, she understands what it takes to produce training signal that actually moves model capability — and what evaluation rigor looks like from the inside.

Li brings product and commercial discipline to the team — the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into structured, scalable delivery. She has run agent product lines at scale and built internal evaluation systems that real model teams actually used to make decisions. She understands how frontier labs buy and what they need delivered.

Founding BD Lead
You have commercialization experience in AI infrastructure, B2B SaaS, or foundation model tooling. You understand what base model teams need and how they make procurement decisions. You can open doors at frontier labs domestically and internationally, and build the kind of long-term commercial trust that makes a data company defensible.
We're looking for
- Track record in AI infra or foundation model commercialization
- Existing relationships with model training teams at frontier labs
- Comfortable operating in early-stage ambiguity with high ownership
- Bilingual (Mandarin + English) strongly preferred
