3D Domain Expert (Part-time)

We’re exploring new ways to create content with AI and Web3D. Here, AI is more than an assistant: it’s your creative and engineering partner. You’ll use coding agents and 3D tools to quickly turn ideas into working, interactive Web3D projects.

What you’ll do

  1. 01Work with core members of leading AI model and product teams on real projects at the forefront of AI × Web3D.
  2. 02Bring creative ideas to life with coding agents such as Codex and Claude, exploring how AI generation, 3D content, and interactive experiences work together.
  3. 03Develop ideas from concept through prototyping and ongoing iteration, turning open-ended requirements into working Web3D projects ready to showcase.
  4. 04Analyze AI-generated results and continually refine prompts, implementation methods, and final outputs.
  5. 05Work with product and design teams to validate next-generation Web3D content formats and document methods and lessons from AI-native Web3D creation.

What we look for

  1. 01Strong interest in AI, Web3D, games, or generative content.
  2. 02A foundation in 3D, games, digital media, or computer graphics.
  3. 03Hands-on experience with coding agents such as Codex or Claude, and the ability to use AI to move tasks forward.
  4. 04A proactive approach to exploring new tools, methods, and content formats.
  5. 05Patience, attention to detail, and a commitment to refining work to the highest possible standard.
  6. 06Self-motivated and comfortable with remote collaboration and goal-oriented work.
  7. 07Availability to commit 3–4 days per week consistently for at least 2 consecutive months.

Nice to have

  • Project experience in Web3D, 3D modeling, game development, or creative coding.
  • Experience with Three.js, WebGL, React Three Fiber, or related technologies.
  • Experience with 3D tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or Spline.
  • Hands-on experience with shaders, particles, procedural generation, or WebXR.
  • Experience with AI-generated content, model evaluation, or agent workflows.
  • Personal work, project demos, or GitHub projects you can share.

Working arrangement

Remote collaboration, with a consistent commitment of 3–4 days per week for at least 2 consecutive months. You’ll work on real, innovative AI × Web3D projects, explore new approaches to creative engineering with coding agents, and participate throughout the process, from concept to implementation and iteration.
