You’ll apply your game design experience to model training, working with designers and art experts to turn real creative needs into training tasks, data plans, and evaluation standards that make models more useful in game design and art.
What you’ll do
- 01Identify game design use cases for model training, and work with designers and art experts to define creative tasks with practical value.
- 02Translate creative needs and workflows into clear task specifications, defining input materials, design constraints, delivery requirements, and quality standards.
- 03Develop evaluation methods for creative output, with practical criteria covering how well it meets requirements, visual quality, stylistic consistency, and suitability for use in games.
- 04Continuously refine tasks, data, and evaluation approaches based on model performance and expert feedback to make models more useful in design and art.
- 05Use AI design and creative tools extensively, and work with algorithms, engineering, and delivery teams to translate plans into practical task workflows and data products.
